As with most things, if something isn't working then change it. This video shows some preliminary changes that we made to our mini vineyard to increase its success. We decided to re-structure the vine by trimming off the parts that weren't producing in order to direct a maximum amount of energy to new shoot growth.

The addition of a new vine will breath new life into the vineyard and allow us to see how each vine evolves differently over the course of the season.
