Project Vagabond: Vine Pruning

The time has come to prune our vines and get the most out of the sun's energy. We let them grow out more than we would have normally in an effort to show the full before and after effects of pruning.

Extra shoots suck energy away from those producing fruit and block the leaves of the other shoots from being exposed to sunlight. After pruning, the vines are poised to more efficiently distribute the moisture in the soil and energy from the sun's rays to the remaining shoots. Can't wait to see the fruit mature!
